我國企業績效管理中存在的問題及對策 [摘 要] 績效管理是現代企業人力資源管理的一種重要工具和手段。本文從我國績效管理的環境入手,分析了我國績效管理中束縛人們思想的問題和績效管理中存在的問題,提出解決這些問題的對策。首先應該從認識上提高對績效管理的重視,企業的各層管理人員以及員工都應該對人力資源管理中的績效考核持支持的態度;其次應該把績效管理當作一個項目來做,逐層分解,逐步反饋,完成對企業績效管理系統的建立。 [關鍵詞] 績效管理 績效考核 人力資源 戰略管理 【Abstract】Performance Managemenr is one of the important tools and measure of modern Business human resource management .
