摘要 加入了WTO，中國的中小企業應該主動調整自己的產業結構，產品和服務的結構，退出沒有競爭優勢或無望獲得競爭優勢的產業、產品和服務的生產，進入并加強有競爭優勢或有望獲得競爭優勢的產業、產品和服務的生產。尋找市場的空間也是一條光明之路，我國的中小企業能否抓住加入WTO所提供的機遇，經受住挑戰，還取決于能否對自身作必要的改革。首先是產權制度改革。其次是企業內部管理制度的改革，我國的中小企業五花八門，在管理制度上也各有各的問題。為適應加入WTO后與國外企業的交往，中小企業應吸收國外企業的經驗改革自己，按市場經濟的共同規則運作，去除各種違規經營的行為，如違背合同、侵犯他人的知識產權等，這些行為最后將會受到懲罰。中小企業還必須提高企業自身的素質。中小企業也必須培養管理創新能力。 關鍵詞 WTO 企業 Abstract Joined WTO, China's small and medium-sized enterprise should adjust own on own initiative industrial structure, the product and the service structure, did not withdraw from the competitive advantage or hopelessly obtains the competitive advantage the industry, the product and the service production, entered and strengthens has the competitive advantage or hopefully obtains the competitive advantage the industry, the product and the service production.
