[摘要]薪酬管理是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人力資源管理的重要內(nèi)容之一,合理的薪酬制度、有效的薪酬體系能夠極大地激發(fā)企業(yè)員工的潛力和忠誠度,增強(qiáng)員工的滿意度和對組織的歸屬感,最終能夠極大地提升企業(yè)的競爭能力。人力資源作為競爭力的源泉在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,企業(yè)的競爭就是人才的競爭,如何吸引人才、激勵(lì)人才、留住人才是企業(yè)管理中一個(gè)永恒的課題。建立對外具有競爭性,對內(nèi)具有公正性的薪酬管理體系更是市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下的企業(yè)管理者直面的主要難題。本文在闡述薪酬管理對現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人力資源管理重要作用的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了薪酬管理內(nèi)涵、主要內(nèi)容及功能,接著研究了現(xiàn)代企業(yè)薪酬制度和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,最后指出了薪酬體系實(shí)施需要注意的問題,以期能夠?qū)ζ髽I(yè)人力資源管理帶來一定的借鑒。 [關(guān)鍵詞]薪酬管理、薪酬制度、人力資源管理 [Abstract]Salary management is the modern enterprise human resources management is one of the important contents, the reasonable salary system, an effective compensation system can greatly stimulate staff potential and loyalty, enhance employee satisfaction and organizational commitment, eventually can greatly promote the competition ability of the enterprise. The human resources are playing the more and more vital role as the fountainhead of competitive ability in the Knowledge-base economy times. Competition between enterprises is competition between talented people. How to attract the talented person, drove the talented person, detains the talented person is an eternal topic in the business management. Establish competitive and fair salary management system is the main difficult problem which the privately operated enterprises face directly under the market economy system. In this paper, the salary management of modern enterprise human resources management important role based on the analysis of the compensation management, connotation, main content and function, and then studied the modern enterprise salary system and the structural design of the related content, finally points out the problems needing attention in the implementation of salary system, with a view to enterprise human resources management to bring certain draw lessons from.
