摘要
東威電子有限公司生產的喇叭、音箱等均根據國外客戶的要求或樣本來生產的,品種較多;車間生產多為手工化操作,機械化和半自動比較少,在一定程度上顯示出作業的不規范,時常造成趕工期、拖延交期等。本文通過對現有生產現狀的分析指出制約車間生產能力的瓶頸所在,并運用精益生產理論進行物流優化、改善瓶頸環節,從而有效改善和提高企業的生產能力和生產效率。

ABSTRACT
TONWEL Electronics Co., LTD. Produce speaker and cabinet to foreign customers’ requirements and catalogues, and the type of products are very various. But they are almost produced by handcraft, less by mechanization and semi-automatic. So in some things it’s non-standard work, often resulting in time duration, delayed delivery, etc. The article is according to the actual situation of production theory, optimize the logistics, improve the bottleneck production, effectively improve and enhance business productivity and production efficiency.
