倉庫作為每個物流公司必需具備的設施，它有著配送商品，分揀訂單，分裝商品，產品集散，信息加工等功能。但同時，它也是大多數物流企業的第二大成本支出。本文以溫州遠大物流公司這中國東部沿海較發達地區的一家普通的私營物流公司為例，通過闡述該公司的倉儲及單證流程，分析其中的長處與不足，并結合國外先進的倉庫管理理念和開發背景，得出適合該公司和我國大部分中小型物流企業的倉庫管理信息化改進的優化方案。
本文中以Visual Basic為開發平臺，Microsoft SQL Server 2000作為數據庫，讓以倉庫管理信息系統為主體的倉庫管理改進能為企業來帶效率的提高。

Abstract:
Warehouse and logistics companies, as everyone should have the facilities, it has the distribution of goods, sorting orders, packaging of goods, product distribution, information processing and other functions. But at the same time, most of the companies spend second most of their money on it. In this paper, “WENZHOU YUANDA logistics company” in east China coastal region is illustrated as a example of the most of Chinese logistics companies. We analyze the strengths and weaknesses through on the company's warehousing and document processes. Then get the optimization program of the warehouse management improving by information technology fit for most small and medium-sized logistics companies like WENZHOU YUANDA by combination of advanced warehouse management and development background abroad.
