摘要：虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)兩種經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)及其關(guān)系構(gòu)成了現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的新格局。 虛擬資本自產(chǎn)生以來迅速發(fā)展，虛擬資本的發(fā)展過程也是證券市場(chǎng)不斷發(fā)展壯大的過程；也正是在虛擬資本與證券市場(chǎng)的支撐下，以美國為代表的一大批高新技術(shù)企業(yè)才能迅速發(fā)展，并在當(dāng)代興盛起來，從而促成了新經(jīng)濟(jì)的興起。然而近幾年的國際經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)日趨嚴(yán)峻，在此次金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)以后，虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響更是達(dá)到了頂峰，世界各國的經(jīng)濟(jì)都受到了不同程度的損害，與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)越加緊密的中國經(jīng)濟(jì)不可避免的受到影響，不僅對(duì)我國的虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)造成了沉重的打擊，對(duì)我國的實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)也產(chǎn)生了沖擊。本文著重探討了我國虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)和實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系，目的在于能夠認(rèn)清兩者關(guān)系的不足，避免美國次貸危機(jī)在我國重演。
     本文主要分為3大部分，第一部分為美國次貸危機(jī)引起的全球金融危機(jī)，以第一章為主著重介紹了次貸危機(jī)爆發(fā)的原因和其引起的金融海嘯；第二部分包括文章的第二章和第三章，主要是對(duì)我國虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)和實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的分別論述，涉及到虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀以及實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀，并以美國應(yīng)對(duì)金融危機(jī)的措施為范例，為我國如何應(yīng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)提供參考；第三部分為虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系探討，通過對(duì)國外經(jīng)濟(jì)中兩者關(guān)系的研究，體現(xiàn)出虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響，并據(jù)此提出政策意見。
      通過對(duì)我國虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)和實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系的研究，得出了幾個(gè)觀點(diǎn)：第一，虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)是從實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)中演變而來，所以虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展必須以實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為前提；第二，虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有促進(jìn)作用，正確的資本比例對(duì)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展能起到保護(hù)作用；第三，良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境能夠促進(jìn)虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)和實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的共同發(fā)展。

 Abstract：The hypothesized economical and the entity economy two kind of economic form and the relations constituted the modern economic system's new pattern. The fictitious capital since has had the rapidly expand, fictitious capital's developing process is also the process which the stock market grows strong unceasingly; Is also precisely in the fictitious capital and under the stock market support, take the US as a representative's large quantities of high technology and new technology enterprise can the rapidly expand, and is prosperous in the present age, thus has facilitated new economical starting. However the international economy situation in recent years is day by day stern, after this financial crisis erupts, the hypothesized economy achieved the crest to the entity economy's influence, various countries economy has received the varying degree harm, inevitable came under the influence with the world economics all the more close China economy, not only has created the serious attack to our country's hypothesized economy, but also has had the impact on our country's entity economy. This article has discussed our country hypothesized economy and the entity economy relations emphatically, the goal lies in can clearly recognize that between both's insufficiency, avoids the American loan crisis repeating in our country.
 This article mainly divides into 3 major parts, the first part is the whole world financial crisis which causes for the American loan crisis, introduced emphatically primarily by the first chapter the loan crisis erupts the reason and it causes financial Tsunami; The second part including the article second chapter and the third chapter, is mainly to our country hypothesized economy and the entity economy distinction elaboration, involves to the hypothesized economical historical development and the present situation as well as the entity economy historical development and the present situation, and deals with financial crisis's measure take the US as the model, how to deal with the economic crisis for our country to provide the reference; The third part for the hypothesized economical and the entity economy's relational discussion, through to the overseas economy in both relations' research, manifests the hypothesized economy to the entity economy influence, and gives the policy comment according to the above.
  Through to our country hypothesized economy and the entity economy's relations' research, has obtained several viewpoints: First, the hypothesized economy is evolves from the entity economy comes, therefore the hypothesized economic development must take the entity economic development as a premise; Second, the hypothesized economy has the promoter action to the entity economy's development, the correct capital proportion can play the protective function to the entity economy's development; Third, the good economic environment can promote the hypothesized economical and the entity economy communal development.
