摘    要

      P-90B耙斗裝載機屬于礦井巷道掘進的裝巖設備，是耙裝機和轉載機“合二為一”的機型。可稱之為轉載式耙斗裝巖機。在巷道掘進中，作為裝載設備的裝巖機有多種，主要分耙斗式、鏟斗式裝巖機兩種。P-90B耙斗裝載機是一種用絞車牽引耙斗把巖石裝入礦車的機械。其符號的意義是：P—— 耙斗式；90——耙斗的容積為0.9；B——設計序號。它適用于巷道凈高大于2m，斷面為5以上的巷道。
為了適應大斷面礦井快速掘進的要求，從而解決裝載速度不能滿足掘進速度要求的矛盾，論文中以耙斗裝巖機的生產率和耙斗容積為已知條件，通過大量的計算、推理和論證，設計了耙斗裝巖機的減速器、工作滾筒、空程滾筒等絞車主要部件。其中工作滾筒和空程滾筒的傳動部分采用行星齒輪機構來完成，具有操作省力、靈活，調整簡便，事故少，維修工作量小的優點，同時在吸取成型產品生產和使用經驗的基礎上完成了耙斗裝巖機的絞車設計。
P-90B耙斗裝載機主要由鋼絲繩、耙斗、機架、臺車、操作機構和絞車等部分組成。這種裝載機的優點為裝載能力大、裝巖效率高、安全可靠、故障少、易維修、使用范圍廣、結構簡單，便于制造等等。但體積大、鋼絲繩磨損快。

 ABSTRACT

The P-90B scraper bucket loads machine to belong to mineral well tunnel to dig into of pack a rock equipments, is the model that the rake packs machine and turns to carry the machine"match two is one".Can call it as to turn the carry type scraper bucket to pack rock machine.In the tunnel dig into, Be load an equipments to pack the rock machine contain variety, main cent scraper bucket type, bucket type pack rock machine 2 kinds.P-90B scraper bucket's loading machine is a kind of machine which leads scraper bucket to pack the rock into a mineral car with the winch.The meaning of its sign BE:P—— Scraper bucket type;90——the capacity of scraper bucket is 0.9;B——design ordinal number.It is applicable to tunnel clean and high and big in 2 ms, the cross section is 5 above tunnels.
    For adapting a big cross section mineral, the well digs quickly into of request, solving to load speed thus can't satisfy to dig into the antinomy of with speed request, in the thesis with the scraper bucket pack rate of production and scraper bucket of rock machine capacity for have already known a condition, pass a great deal of calculation and reason logically with argument, design scraper bucket to pack the deceleration machine of rock machine and work roller, empty distance roller etc. the winch main parts.Work among them roller with empty the distance roller spread to move the planet wheel gear of the part adoption organization to complete, having operation labor-saving, vivid, adjust simple, the trouble is little, maintaining the workload small advantage, completing scraper bucket to pack the winch design of rock machine in absorbing to model product production and using empirical foundation in the meantime.
The P-90B scraper bucket loads machine to mainly constitute to from the parts such as steel wire rope, scraper bucket , machine, trolley, operation organization and winch etc.This kind of advantage that load machine for load an ability greatly and pack a rock efficiency high, safety credibility, break down little, maintain, use scope easily widely, structure simple, easy to manufacturing etc..But the physical volume is big, the steel wire rope wear away quickly.
