摘    要

      中國加入WTO后，江西作為農業大省，擁有非常豐富的農業資源，面對農業進入新的發展階段，江西農產品國際競爭力該如何進一步提升，又該采怎樣的針對性措施？這是當前從事農業工作者熱切關心和關注的話題。江西的許多學者也從不同方面、不同角度進行了研究，但系統分析我國加入WTO對后我省農產品國際競爭力的研究相對較少。在此中國加入WTO背景下，全面科學地分析江西農產品國際競爭力的現狀，揭示入世對我省農產品國際競爭力的影響，充分發揮江西的農業資源優勢，降低生產成本，提高農產品質量，大力提升農產品市場競爭力，具有十分重要的意義。
本文首先對農產品國際競爭力的概念進行解釋，在闡述了農產品國際競爭力的三個主要影響因素。接著從市場售價、生產成本、生產規模、出口競爭力四個方面分析我省農產品國際競爭力的現狀。然后在結合我省實際情況，分析影響我省農產品國際競爭力各種因素，比如我省的自然資源，人力資源，農業科技等。最后，分析了入世對我省農產品出口的影響，接著在分析理論的基礎上，提出WTO背景下提升我省農產品國際競爭力的對策。

Abstract

After China joined WTO, Jiangxi Province which has extremely rich agricultural resources, enters a new development phase of the agriculture. How can the Jiangxi Province promote his agricultural product inter- national competition, and what pointed measure can be taken to promote the agricultural product international competition? These are the hot topics which the agricultural workers pay much attention to. Many scholars in Jiangxi have also conducted the research from different aspects and angles,  but  the systematic research and analysis on the agricultural product international competition strength in Jiangxi after China joined WTO is much less. Under the background of WTO, it is important for us to analyze the present situation of the Jiangxi’s agricultural product international competition strength, to analyze the influence factors in our province agricultural product international competition strength, to fully display the agricultural resources superiority of Jiangxi, to reduce the production cost, to improve the agricultural product quality, to vigorously promote the agricultural product market competition strength.
At the starting of this article, it carries on the explanation to the concepts of agricultural product international competition strength. And then, the article elaborates three major effective factors about agricultural product international competition strength. After that, the article analyzes the present situation of our province agricultural product international competition strength from the market selling price, the production cost, the production scale, the export competitive ability. Then, in connection to our province actual situation, the article analyzes different kinds of influence factors in Jiangxi province agricultural product international competition strength, such as our province natural resources, human resources, agricultural science and technology and so on. Finally, the thesis analyzes the influences on our province agricultural product exportation after China entered WTO. On the basis of anglicizing theory foundation, the thesis proposes the counter measures on promoting our province agricultural product international competition strength under the WTO background.
