摘 要

 Internet迅猛發展，它在許多領域扮演著越來越重要的角色，互聯網正在飛速改變著人們的生活，它充分參與到通訊、娛樂、商業貿易、辦公等各個方面。現在，隨著互聯網中Flash動畫、Java語言、動態HTML、多媒體音視頻等技術的應用，Web頁面變得更加生動和精彩。
 遷安聯鋼軋一聯成鋼鐵有限公司是集燒結、煉鐵、煉鋼、軋鋼為一體的聯合鋼鐵企業，屬天津軋一制鋼集團公司經營。該公司網站是集公司概況、新聞中心、產品信息、招聘信息、企業文化、黨建園地、留言板和論壇為一體的多功能網站。主要作用是企業形象宣傳、企業產品推介及客戶員工與企業間的溝通平臺。
 在設計之初， 先對網站的設計進行了需求分析和可行性分析。對建站目的、文化建設、黨建建設、信息發布建設和交流平臺建設進行了需求分析。詳細的調查了公司的需求，深入了解客戶群的需要。可行性分析從經濟可行性、技術可行性、時機可行性、管理可行性、和開發環境可行性多個方面考慮扎一網站設計制作的可行性。
 系統設計階段，從網站功能簡述開始，對網站的功能進行簡要描述。然后是系統功能模塊的設計，對網站的整體設計思想進行表述。最后是數據庫設計、E-R模型和創建數據庫。
 系統實現階段是設計制作的主要階段。作者對主頁面、信息發布模塊、站內導航、和留言板進行設計制作。其中信息發布模塊包含對信息的瀏覽、編輯、修改、刪除和管理。是一個功能強大的管理系統。
 最后，作者對系統進行了系統測試，歸納了系統特點，進行了總結，并在最后附加了光盤使用說明。
