隨著生產領域“利潤源泉”的日益枯竭,物流逐漸被世人重視,特別是在社會和企業(yè)的客觀要求下,第三方物流日益成為物流發(fā)展的主流。隨著經濟全球化進程的迅速發(fā)展和信息技術的應用,越來越多的公司趨向于把物流業(yè)務外包給第三方物流公司運作。經歷了短短的十幾年的發(fā)展,全世界的第三方物流市場已明顯表現出了潛力大、漸進性和高增長率的特征。第三方物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展歷史不同,其運作模式有很大差異,對一個第三方物流企業(yè)而言,應該選擇怎樣的物流運作模式關系其經營業(yè)績的好壞,特別是中小型第三方物流企業(yè)更是如此。
本文從物流的相關理論出發(fā),論述了現代物流的現狀和發(fā)展趨勢,并對第三方物流企業(yè)的基本類型作出闡述。以A冷凍有限公司為例,在對其運作模式進行分析的基礎上,分析了存在的問題,提出了一對一的服務模式解決資源限制的問題。
