摘  要：本工程為桐廬綜合市場辦公樓，總建筑面積3232.4m2，建筑占地面積約為758m2，建筑層數四層，局部五層屋面板頂面標高為19.5m，局部五層樓面標高為21.2m。本工程室內地坪標高±0.000, 相當于黃海高程14.00 m，工程等級為二級，耐火等級為二級，抗震設防烈度為六度，抗震等級為四級，設計使用年限為50年。辦公樓主體結構為現澆鋼筋混凝土框架結構，現澆鋼筋混凝土樓板樓面。本設計主要包含兩部分內容，即結構設計及施工組織設計。結構設計時，在進行荷載計算和截面估算后，選取一榀框架進行計算，用分層法計算出內力，并對不利荷載進行分析。通過D值法求出風荷載，進而進行截面設計。樓板設計采用劃分單向板和雙向板的方法，把多跨連續的板按多跨連續并考慮荷載不利布置計算，對獨立的板塊，單獨計算，尺寸相近的板塊按相同配筋考慮。連續梁的計算采用彎矩分配法計算。另外本設計還包含了對樓梯的設計。本工程基礎設計采用樁基，根據柱端軸力，粗略布置樁基位置。在進行施工組織設計時，主要考慮施工進度的安排及施工平面布置。根據初步計算工程量來安排施工進度。根據施工現場條件及施工的安全方便來合理設計施工總平面布置圖。另外施工組織設計中還考慮到施工安全、施工對環境影響等問題。
