摘 要
阿里巴巴是全球B2B的著名品牌,是一個擁有202個國家和地區商人的網上虛擬社區,給全國乃至亞洲的中小型企業提供服務,還帶動了一批中國B2B網絡公司的創立和成長。
本文通過對阿里巴巴的電子商務模式的研究,分析B2B電子商務模式所具有的優勢,通過阿里巴巴各種數據的研究阿里巴巴在商務模式的盈利模式,并通過對這些弊端的分析提出相對應的對策,以期為電子商務企業的發展提出相應的參考。

ABSTRACT
Alibaba is the global famous brand of B2B. It is online virtual Community which owned 202 countries and regions merchant and provide services of small and medium-sized enterprises in Asia makes them have no difficult to do business. It has led a group of Chinese B2B drives the establishment and development of the company.
Through the analysis of the research of Alibaba e-commerce mode from which we will have a detailed introduction of B2B e-commerce m-ode has the advantage. By the way of statistical analysis of the data of alibaba, we predict the future of alibaba. And through the analysis of the disadvantages, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of alibaba, provide certain reference and the suggestion.
