摘 要

 企業在日常經營活動中不可避免地會發生各種費用，特別是銷售行業，期間費用占了很大的比重。期間費用是商品從生產領域向消費領域轉移過程中的必要投入，然而該期間費用支出多少，是節約還是浪費，卻直接影響企業的經營效益。從這個意義上來說，商業企業期間費用水平高低，是綜合反映企業管理質量的一項重要指標。運通汽車銷售公司每年都有大筆的期間費用發生，如果期間費用能大幅度降低，則會使其盈利水平大幅度上升。
 本文首先通過對期間費用的概念、特征、內容、方法的闡述，較為概括地介紹了期間費用管理的相關理論；其次，結合運通汽車銷售公司的實際情況，介紹了運通公司期間費用管理的現狀，指出了運通公司目前期間費用管理中存在的問題；最后，對運通公司存在的問題從三方面進行原因分析，針對這些不足之處，提出了實行零基預算方法，重視員工教育，強化期間費用審核、跟蹤管理，建立高效期間費用預警系統，加強期間費用內部控制的建議。

Abstract

 In the daily activities of enterprises ，there will inevitably occur various expenses, especially during sales, cost of the great proportion．Period expenses is necessary consumer goods from the field in the process of metastasis, however the necessary expenses, how much is the period of saving or waste, directly affects the business benefits. In this sense, the business enterprise, is the period expenses level comprehensively reflect the quality of enterprises management as an important index. The YunTong Sales Company has large number of expenses every year.If the period expenses can be greatly reduced that can make its profit substantially increased.
 This paper based on the period expenses concept, characteristics, content, method, the paper briefly introduced the related theory period expenses; Secondly, combined with the actual situation of the sales company, it introduces the express company management during the present situation and the express company currently period expenses management problems.Finally，analyzing the reason from three aspects for the existing problems,and puting forward the method of internal zero basis budget control, strengthening education staff,building expenses during the early warning system, strengthening the internal control of expenses of advice.
