摘要　IT產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一個高技術(shù)型，高創(chuàng)新型、省資源、省能源的產(chǎn)業(yè)，其發(fā)展對世界經(jīng)濟的影響越來越大。在過去20多年的改革開放過程中，我國電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)抓住了發(fā)展機遇，發(fā)展成為全球電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)大國，形成珠三角、長三角、環(huán)渤海以及福廈沿海四大IT產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和數(shù)十個信息產(chǎn)業(yè)基地。其中東莞和蘇州是最具特色的兩大IT城市。東莞IT產(chǎn)業(yè)與蘇州IT產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對我國IT產(chǎn)業(yè)乃至全球IT產(chǎn)業(yè)有著極其深遠的影響。本文首先回顧東莞IT產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與蘇州IT產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成和發(fā)展歷程；然后對東莞IT 產(chǎn)業(yè)與蘇州IT產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點進行比較分析，指出兩地IT產(chǎn)業(yè)進一步發(fā)展面臨的瓶頸,并提出相關(guān)對策。

Abstract　IT industry is a industry with high-tech, high-innovation, it plays a very important role on the global economy development. In the past 20 years China has seized the opportunity of IT industry’s global transfer, and developed into a great-power of the world’s IT industry. China has formed up four main IT industry clusters, the Yangtze River Delta IT industry cluster, the Bohai coastal IT industry cluster, the Pearl River Delta IT industry cluster, and the FuXia coastal IT industry cluster. Dongguan and Suzhou as China's main IT industry city, their IT industry development, characteristics, and outlook largely reflects China’s IT industry. The paper firstly reviews the development of Dongguan IT industry cluster and Suzhou IT industry cluster; then analyzed the common characteristics and the differences between these two cities.  This paper points out the difficulties these two cities are facing and how can they be settled.
