摘 要
隨著科學技術的發展,PLC控制系統在工業控制系統中的應用越來越廣泛。在工業數字化生產的過程當中,PLC控制系統的可靠性直接影響到工業企業的安全生產和經濟運行,系統的抗干擾能力是系統可靠運行的關鍵所在。應用于工業中的控制系統大多是在強電路和強電設備所形成的惡劣電磁環境中運行的,所以設備在運行過程中會受到各種各樣的干擾。有來自控制系統內部的干擾,也有來自外部的干擾。在使用時如果裝配不當,將會使控制電路因受到干擾而無法正常工作。因此,要提高PLC控制系統的可靠性,一方面要求PLC生產廠家提高設備的抗干擾能力;另一方面,要求在工程設計、安裝施工和使用維護中高度重視,多方面配合才能完善PLC的應用,有效增強系統的抗干擾能力,將干擾的影響控制在最小。
本文從控制系統抗干擾設計的常用措施入手,首先分析了電磁干擾的形成及傳播的基本理論。其次從硬件方面來分析抗干擾措施,從器件使用中的抗干擾措施、電路設計抗干擾措施兩方面入手,并對其進行適當的展開分析。最后從控制系統裝配方面介紹了一些抗干擾措施,如電場屏蔽、磁場屏蔽、電磁場屏蔽。
雖然控制系統的抗干擾措施種類很多,但是每項措施都有很強的針對性,所以在選擇抗干擾措施的時候應當結合實際情況,合理采取抗干擾措施,這樣才能使抗干擾的效果發揮到最好,否則就會適得其反。

Abstract
With the development of science and technology, PLC control system is more and more widely used in industrial control system. In the industrial production process of digital, the reliability of PLC control system directly affects the safety of industrial enterprises and economic operation, system anti-jamming capability is the key to reliable operation. The control system which used in industry is mostly in the strong and strong electrical circuit formed by devices running harsh electromagnetic environment, therefore, the process equipment will be running a variety of interference. Not only from the interference of the internal control system, but also from external interference. If the assembly when used improperly, it will make the circuit can not be due to disruption of normal work. Therefore, to improve the reliability of PLC control system, one side we should ask the PLC manufacturers to improve equipment, anti-jamming capability; the other side, we should require engineering design, installation and construction and use of high priority maintenance, it can perfect the application of PLC only coordinate with in many different areas, effectively enhance the system's anti-jamming capability, the interference of control to a minimum.
This article from the control system commonly used anti-interference measures designed to start, first analyzed the formation and propagation of electromagnetic interference of the basic theory, the second, from hardware to analyze the anti-interference measures in this regard, anti-interference measures both circuit design aspects, and to analyze its appropriate from the device using the anti-interference measures. Final assembly area from the control system introduces a number of anti-interference measures, such as electric field shielding, magnetic shielding and electromagnetic shield.
Although the control system of many kinds of anti-interference measures, but each of these measures is highly relevant, therefore, interference in the choice of measures should be combined when the actual situation of reasonable measures taken to interference, the effect of anti-interference play to the best only on this way, otherwise, it will backfire.
