摘    要
 變速器操縱系統(tǒng)主要由換檔手柄、套管、防塵罩、操縱器總成、選檔軟軸、換檔軟軸、軟軸支架、U型夾總成、選檔搖臂、換檔助力器組成，操縱器總成上的換檔桿穿過駕駛室地板上的長(zhǎng)方孔，操縱器總成支架固定在地板上；換檔手柄、套管、防塵罩均套在操縱器忠誠(chéng)的換檔桿上；防塵罩與駕駛室地板密封連接成一體；選檔軟軸、換檔軟軸連接操縱器總成，并通過U型夾總成固定在換檔軟軸支架和選檔軟軸支架上，并分別固定在離合器殼和變速器上蓋上；選檔軟軸與選檔搖臂連接，選檔搖臂連接在變速器選檔軸上，換檔軟軸與變速器換檔助力器連接。具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理、操作簡(jiǎn)單、安裝方便、美觀大方、性能可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)�，F(xiàn)在常用的變速器操縱桿大致可以分兩種：直接操縱式和遠(yuǎn)距離操縱式，前者在變速器布置在駕駛員座位附近，變速桿由駕駛室底板伸出，駕駛員可直接操縱。這種操縱機(jī)構(gòu)一般由變速桿、撥塊、撥叉、撥叉軸以及安全裝置等組成，多集裝于變速器上蓋或側(cè)蓋內(nèi)。后者在當(dāng)駕駛員座位離變速器較遠(yuǎn)或變速桿布置在轉(zhuǎn)向盤下方(某些轎車)的轉(zhuǎn)向管柱上時(shí)，通常在變速桿與換檔撥叉之間增加若干個(gè)傳動(dòng)件，組成遠(yuǎn)距離操縱機(jī)構(gòu)。變速器遠(yuǎn)距離外操縱機(jī)構(gòu) 1-變速桿 2-縱向拉線 3-橫向拉線
 本論文結(jié)合畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)公司項(xiàng)目“吉利FC-1變速器支架設(shè)計(jì)”，首先分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外當(dāng)前普遍采用的汽車變速器操縱系統(tǒng)類型、結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn)；給出本實(shí)習(xí)期間設(shè)計(jì)的國(guó)內(nèi)一款手動(dòng)汽車變速器操縱系統(tǒng)，并給出具體的總成及零部件設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)汽車總成公司要求的相關(guān)重要零部件進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度和疲勞強(qiáng)度的校核計(jì)算，并在Pro-E三維繪圖軟件上進(jìn)行了造型構(gòu)建。通過畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)的鍛煉和本論文的撰寫，基本掌握了汽車變速器操縱系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，具備了一定的設(shè)計(jì)能力。

Abstract

 In this paper, the company combined with graduate training project "Geely FC-1 transmission stent design", the first analysis of the current commonly used at home and abroad of the type of vehicle transmission control system, structure and characteristics; given the design of the internship period, a domestic auto transmission manual control system, and gives specific design assembly and parts. On this basis the requirements of the automotive assembly companies important components related to the structural strength and fatigue strength calculation of the check, and Pro-E three-dimensional mapping software to build a model.
