摘     要
 隨著汽車在我們生活中的飽和量越來越高，關(guān)于汽車的其他汽車用品產(chǎn)品也相應(yīng)的變得越來越多，而且種類也越加的繁多，要求上也相應(yīng)的提高了，現(xiàn)代汽車發(fā)展的方向都朝著更加高檔、安全、環(huán)保、舒適發(fā)展；遮陽設(shè)備、各種座椅套、方向盤套、腳墊等汽車用品是眾多車主必不可少的標準配置。作為汽車用品的一種，大家考慮到實用性和重要性上遮陽設(shè)備由于其自身的優(yōu)點成為了車主的首選之一，已經(jīng)在廣闊的市場有不錯的表現(xiàn)。遮陽設(shè)備主要有窗簾和防爆膜兩種，但是目前我國在遮陽設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)方面起步不久，其質(zhì)量與一些技術(shù)上與國外相比還有較大的差距，需要不斷的改進與提高。
 隨著生活檔次的提高我們對其他一些東西的要求也自然的要求會高一些起來，以前的窗簾有手動的拉伸也慢慢在向更加的現(xiàn)代化的方向發(fā)展啊，不斷將以電動窗簾來代替以前的手動拉伸式的，汽車電動窗簾是一種利用電機驅(qū)動窗簾支架結(jié)構(gòu)，從而達到自動控制窗簾升降狀態(tài)的一種汽車遮陽設(shè)備，它是增加行車舒適度及安全性的一個汽車內(nèi)部附屬設(shè)備，它除了能保護乘客隱私，實現(xiàn)單向透視以外，它的主要功能還有隔熱、阻擋紫外線等功能。
 本課題所要設(shè)計的搖臂式汽車自動窗簾也是屬于電動窗簾的一種。從機構(gòu)上分為支撐機構(gòu)，驅(qū)動減速機構(gòu)，滑輪導軌機構(gòu)等其包括的零件有直流減速電機、中間減速齒輪、齒盤搖桿、滑輪導軌、窗簾卷筒、卷簧卷軸、支撐固定板還有各種銷釘?shù)鹊冉M成。這個設(shè)計是采用用簡單的齒輪齒盤和搖臂的轉(zhuǎn)動傳動來實現(xiàn)上滑軌梁的上下移動，從而帶動窗簾布的上升和下降，這個設(shè)計在結(jié)構(gòu)上是比較的簡單，零件熟練少，容易布置和生產(chǎn)、安裝，相對的成本也比較的低，且能靈活自如地使窗簾布升降。
 本設(shè)計是通過對國內(nèi)外市場的分析和比較、相關(guān)的專利方案的閱讀分析，并且對其電動窗簾的總體設(shè)計、驅(qū)動裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和各零部件的安裝布置以及零部件的技術(shù)要求的計算等多方面介紹了本次設(shè)計的汽車電動窗簾。
