摘 要
離合器面片是汽車摩擦離合器從動盤中的關鍵部件,主要由非金屬材料構成。其工作表面的物理性質和機械性能會直接影響離合器的工作性能。因此本設計課題主要研究方向是非金屬材料平面磨削技術。由于非金屬材料的性能和金屬差異很大,必須深入研究適應其需要的加工方法。
砂帶磨削技術作為先進的機械加工方法之一經過四十多年的發展,現已成為一項完整且自成體系的新的加工技術。其優點是加工效率高、應用范圍廣、適應性強、操作安全方便等。
目前國內離合器面片磨片加工以手動專用磨床為主,機械化、自動化程度低。從離合器面片的安裝,定位,緊固,到加工完成之后的取出都需要工人來操作,不但浪費人力、時間,而且產品質量良莠不齊,誤差很大,嚴重的甚至還有安全隱患。針對上述問題并結合砂帶磨削的優點,本課題旨在設計一種砂帶式汽車離合器面片自動磨片機,以提高生產線的機械化、自動化水平,確保生產質量,降低運行成本。

The Design of Automatic Grinding for Clutch Facing
Abstract
Clutch facing is one of essential parts in clutch driven disc, constructed from non-metallic material. The mechanical and physical properties of its surface would directly affect the clutch work performance. Therefore, this subject is concentrated on surface grinding technology for non-metallic material. There are many differences between non-metallic material and metallic material in their performance, so I must make an in-depth study to find some appropriate machining methods. After more than 40 years’ development, abrasive belt grinding technology has formed an integrated processing technology as one of the advanced machining methods. The technology has the advantages of high efficiency, wide applications, wide adaptability, and convenient operation and so on. At present the grinding for clutch facing is mainly on manual with low mechanization and automation at home. The installation, location, or fastening of the clutch facing needs workers to operate, which not only wastes time and manpower but also influences the quality and security. To deal with the problems mentioned above and in consideration of the advantages of abrasive belt grinding, the subject is aim to design an automatic abrasive belt grinding machine for clutch facing, in order to improve mechanization, automation, production quality and reduce costs.
