本設(shè)計是應(yīng)浙江康盛股份有限公司的生產(chǎn)需要,為了滿足實(shí)現(xiàn)大口徑無縫鋼管的拉拔減徑工藝要求,根據(jù)公司實(shí)際生產(chǎn)條件及在現(xiàn)有拉拔減徑機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一個拉拔減徑機(jī)的改造設(shè)計方案。在本篇設(shè)計中,改變了以往設(shè)計人員完成憑借經(jīng)驗(yàn)的設(shè)計方法,對重要零部件及重要電機(jī)的設(shè)計選擇提出了理論依據(jù)。其中,在對拉拔過程中力的控制方面,根據(jù)空拉管材的力學(xué)性能要求,進(jìn)行了一些必要的計算;在冷卻潤滑系統(tǒng)中也做了重大改進(jìn),取得較好的效果。同時,根據(jù)客戶對產(chǎn)品提出的技術(shù)參數(shù)指標(biāo),進(jìn)行了一些重要結(jié)構(gòu)和零部件的設(shè)計計算。在設(shè)計完成后,進(jìn)行了整機(jī)制造裝配,對整機(jī)進(jìn)行了性能測試,滿足了浙江康盛股份有限公司提出的工藝要求,達(dá)到預(yù)定設(shè)計目標(biāo)。
