摘 要 本次設計做的是汽車車身覆蓋件沖壓模設計中的第一序拉延模的設計。汽車模具在中國因為發展的時間比較短所以在很多方面現在比起一些機械工業發達的國家還有很大的差距。但我國近年來在汽車模具方面也取得不少的發展與進步。本次設計我做的是汽車蓋板的拉延模設計。在模具設計中主要是根據設計好的板件來用UG軟件進行三維造型設計來完成模具的結構設計然后進行模具加工調試來最終生產出合格的模具。在三維造型方面主要可以分為壓邊圈設計、上模設計、凸模設計和下模本體設計。在進行各部分設計時要嚴格按照模具結構設計規范來進行設計。 汽車臥鋪蓋板拉延模設計 在本次設計中我嚴格按照沖壓模設計標準來進行模具設計,其中有一部分技術規范屬于企業內部規范。本設計經過反復檢查沒有發現大的紕漏,完全符合模具設計的要求。 關鍵詞:汽車模具 UG 拉延模 設計標準
