摘要
為解決現(xiàn)有除塵機(jī)組存在的問題,經(jīng)對比各種除塵機(jī)組中的濾料布置形式、吸嘴形式、吸臂形式,我設(shè)計(jì)了復(fù)合筒式除塵機(jī)組。該機(jī)組采用輪帶式輪流吸塵機(jī)構(gòu)、具有非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)的粉塵分離壓緊器、FM濾料、XF3型纖維分離器等, 并將一級圓盤過濾器的吸塵風(fēng)機(jī)置于纖維分離器之前,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)有利于纖塵的集中回收。本機(jī)組主要是運(yùn)用行星輪的傳動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)固定的速比。我重點(diǎn)分析了除塵機(jī)組的間歇吸塵機(jī)構(gòu)和除塵器吸臂吸嘴的性能與結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中盡量使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,對于部分不關(guān)鍵的零件可適當(dāng)降低尺寸公差要求,有利于設(shè)計(jì)成本的降低。本機(jī)組中,多處結(jié)構(gòu)是對稱的,這樣降低了設(shè)計(jì)的難度。經(jīng)調(diào)研知, 該機(jī)組的粉塵處理能力大于30 kg /h, 纖維處理量可達(dá)150 kg /h以上。

Abstract
In order to resolve the existing problems in duster, multifunctional round cage duster was designed through comparing the filter disposal form, suction nozzle form and suction arm of all kinds of duster. Wheel suctionm echanism, dust separation presser with nonstandard, FM filter, XF-3 fiber separator and so on were adopted in multifunctional round cage duster. The suction fan of the first grade disk filter was set before fiber separator, the structure design is feasib le to recycle fibers and dust.The unit is mainly to make use of Planetary wheel transmission ,to realize the fixed speed transmission. I emphatically analyzes intermittent dust suction mechanism and dust nozzle of dust extraction unit.In the design process to use standard parts as far as possible,to solve the key parts for not properly reduce dimension tolerance requirement,to use standard design cost reduction.The unit, several structure is symmetrical, such reduced design of difficulty. Known by the investigation,the dust treatm ent ab ility o f duste r is above 30 kg /h, and the amount of fiber treatment can reach m ore than 150 kg /h.
