摘  要
 中美建交以來，隨著改革開放的不斷發展，我國的經濟逐漸增長，對外貿易的領域也不斷擴大，而貿易摩擦也越演越烈。而隨著中國經濟實力的不斷強大，中國逐漸成為美國最大的貿易逆差來源地，致使中美貿易摩擦不斷加劇。中美貿易爭端起初局限于紡織品服裝領域，入世之后，在紡織品方面的貿易摩擦更加嚴重。其中，有諸多因素導致了中美紡織品貿易摩擦。為此，本文主要從中美紡織品貿易摩擦的形成原因和解決路徑兩個方面對中美紡織品貿易摩擦進行分析研究。

ABSTRACT
Since the establishment of diplomatic relations, along with the continuous development of reform and opening-up, China's economic growth, the foreign trade has also expanded constantly, and trade friction is getting worse. As China's economic strength, China has become the largest U.S. trade deficit, thus increasing trade friction. Sino-us trade dispute initially confined in the textile and apparel, after China's entry into the WTO, in the field of textile trade friction is more serious. Among them, there are many factors contributing to the Sino American textile trade frictions. Therefore, this article mainly from the Sino American textile trade friction causes and solutions in two aspects of the path and textile trade friction analysis.
