改革開放以來,由于外向型經濟的長足發展,浙江出口商品結構不斷優化升級,但具有比較優勢的商品出口競爭力并沒有明顯提高。在當下金融危機還未完全渡過的背景下,提升浙江出口商品的競爭力,優化商品結構迫在眉睫。對外貿易發展戰略要從以比較優勢為導向轉變為以競爭優勢為導向,調整和完善相關的外貿制度和產業政策,為企業樹立競爭優勢提供良好的制度環境。本文即在對浙江省出口商品結構進行細致分析基礎之上,找出問題所在,從而尋找優化結構的途徑。

ABSTRACT
Since the reform and opening up, the export economy had a sound development, the structure of export commodities upgraded accordingly. However, the competitiveness of export commodity with comparative advantage has not improved significantly. Since the financial crisis hasn’t recover completely, it is of great importance to enhance the competitiveness of exports, optimize trade structure in Zhejiang Province.
We should transfer foreign trade strategy, from comparative advantages to competitive advantages, adjust and improve the system which related to foreign trade and industrial policies, provide a sound environment for enterprises to establish competitive advantage. This paper aims to identify the issues on the basis of careful analysis of export structure in Zhejiang Province, in order to find ways of optimizing the structure.
