摘 要
全氫罩式退火爐是冷軋帶鋼退火的一種主要設備，它對提高產品質量起著十分重要的作用。目前該設備國內依靠引進，特別是其控制系統完全由國外提供。本文對全氫罩式退火爐的退火工藝、設備組成、國內外全氫罩式退火爐各種控制系統的特點進行了深入的研究，針對全氫罩式退火爐的工藝流程，對基礎控制系統的控制范圍、硬件結構、控制功能的軟件實現等進行了詳細研究和設計，開發了一套全氫罩式退火爐的溫度控制系統。
全氫罩式退火爐控制系統分為流程控制和過程量監測兩部分，由于其使用易爆的氫氣作為保護氣，因此對控制系統的要求是安全、可靠。本文在開發該控制系統時，硬件配置上充分考慮了系統的可靠性和經濟性要求，軟件設計上采用模塊化設計思想，將程序按設備管理、過程管理和集中輸出分類，并在程序中設置了多重安全措施，保證了應用程序的運行安全和可靠性。
通過本研究，可以實現全氫罩式退火爐基礎控制統的國產化，這對于全氫罩式爐成套設備和技術的國產化具有重要的意義。

ABSTRACT
Hydrogen annealing furnace is a type of equipment for cold rolling strip annealing，and this is very important for improving strip’s quality。In our country almost all of furnaces are imported at present，and its control system is offered wholly by foreigners。In this paper the technology and equipment of hydrogen annealing furnace as well as its control system in many domestic and foreign factories has been studied in deal。According to annealing furnace’s technological process，a base control system，including control content，hardware framework and control function software has been designed。
The hydrogen annealing furnace base control system consists of process control and process parameters monitoring。Because the furnace is full of explosive hydrogen，its control system should be very safe and reliable。During the study and developing of the control system，the whole system’s reliability and economy are considered fully on hardware disposition，and model block is used on software design。The client software consists of equipment management，process management and centralized output，and many kind of safety measure are set up in the software，which ensures the software running safely。
By means of this study，it is possible to develop hydrogen annealing furnace base control system by ourselves，which is very important for the equipment and technology of annealing furnace been made in china。
