摘 要
 防火卷簾門是現代化建筑防火的必備設施，主要用于內墻，電梯間，通道廳堂，室內間隔等處，也可以作為外墻使用。兼有防火，防風，防雨和防盜等多種動能。
 本設計為防火卷簾門智能控制裝置設計，既實現單片機自動控制防火卷簾門，本設計選用的cpu為89c52，最小系統具有復位和地址鎖存功能。在數據存儲器方面選用6264。I/O口擴展選用8155，內部含有兩個8位和一個6位的可編程并行I/O口。在本設計中探測器選用P732型感煙探測器和TWDD型電子定溫探測器，屬于開關量輸出，信號通過電阻降壓傳輸給cpu，cpu接到火災信號通過高音喇叭和發光二極管發出聲光報警，然后發出指令啟動三相電機，釋放卷簾門，設有中間限位。卷簾門下降分兩步，煙探測器報警卷簾門釋放至中間限位處，溫探測器報警卷簾門釋放至底部。在卷簾門邊設有手動按鈕，手動控制裝置應能夠優先插入急停操作。三相電機通過繼電器由單片機控制，本設計軟件部分主要實現探測器自動報警并啟動三相電機和按鍵中斷功能。

Abstract
 The fire protection volume curtain gate is the modernized construction fire protection necessary facility, mainly uses in the inner wall, between the elevator, channel main hall, in room gap and so on place, also may take the outer wall use.Has at the same time the fire protection, windproof, rainproof and security and so on many kinds ofkinetic energy.
 This design for protects from fire the volume curtain gate intelligence control device design, also realizes the monolithic integrated circuit automatic control fire protection volume curtain gate, this design selects cpu is 89c52, the smallest system has the replacement and the address lock saves the function.Selects 6264 in the data-carrier storage aspect.The I/O part expansion selects 8155, the interior includes two 8 and 6 programmable parallel I/O part.The detector selects the P732 feeling smoke detector and the TWDD electron in this design decides the warm detector, belongs to the switch quantity output, the signal receives the fire signal through the resistance voltage dropping resistor transmission to cpu, cpu sends out the acousto-optics through the tweeter and the light emitter diode to report to the police, then sends out the instruction to start the three-phase electrical machinery, the release volume curtain gate, is equipped with the middle spacing.The volume curtain gate drops divides two steps, the smoke detector reports to the police the volume curtain gate release to the middle spacing, the warm detector reports to the police the volume curtain gate release to the base.Is equipped with the manual button nearby the volume curtain gate, the hand control equipment should be able first to insert stops the operation anxiously.The three-phase electrical machinery through the relay by the monolithic integrated circuit control, this design software part mainly realizes detector auto-alarm and starts the three-phase electrical machinery and the pressed key interrupt function.
