淺談合成絕緣子的運行及維護(hù)
The service and maintenance of Composite Insulators

【摘要】我公司220KV天靖Ⅱ線于1998年10月投運，由于該線路的直線桿塔全部采用合成絕緣子，這在我公司尚屬首次，合成絕緣子也因此為我公司從事輸電線路的各類人員所熟識。通過對合成絕緣子工業(yè)的發(fā)展及其自身特點的了解，我們加深了對合成絕緣子的認(rèn)識并基本掌握了它的各種特性，為了使它能更好地運行在線路上，提高線路的絕緣水平和供電可靠性，以服務(wù)于靖江地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，通過近四年的線路運行管理工作，我們總結(jié)出了一些運行經(jīng)驗，明確了合成絕緣子運行維護(hù)的工作重點，同時還討論了有關(guān)合成絕緣子的檢測和評定方法。在確保現(xiàn)有線路合成絕緣子正常運行的同時，也為今后其他線路合成絕緣子的運行提供寶貴的經(jīng)驗。目前該線路的402支合成絕緣子運行狀況良好。
Abstract  220kV Tianjing line Ⅱ of our company was used on October,1998. It’s unprecedented that all the straight poles and towers of this line have adopted composite insulators. Accordingly,composite insulators are familiar to all the persons who are engaged in power-transitting lines. We have further knew  and basically mastered all their own characteristics since we got to know the development of composite insulator industry and all its characters. To make them run on the lines better and improve the insulated levels of the lines and credibility of power-supplying, thus serving the Jingjiang regional economical development, we have concluded and well-defined some experiences and stresses of service and maintenance over 4 years’ line management. And we have also talked about some ways which can be used to test and eva luate composite insulators. We do so to not only ensure composite insulators of recent lines to run normally, but also provide treasured experiences for those of all the other lines afterwards. At present 402 composite insulators of this line have been running well.

第一章  概   述
 合成絕緣子在我國輸電線路上的應(yīng)用已有十余年歷史，其主要作用是為了防止輸電線路的污閃。雖然與西方發(fā)達(dá)國家尤其是美國和德國相比，我們國家起步較晚，但是我們起點較高，一開始就研制生產(chǎn)出高溫硫化硅橡膠絕緣子。近年來，合成絕緣子以其優(yōu)良的品質(zhì)受到了電力系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)可和好評，在輸電線路上的應(yīng)用逐年增長，發(fā)展勢頭十分迅猛。我公司在1998年10月投運的220KV天靖Ⅱ線上率先使用合成絕緣子（直線懸垂）。目前，該線路402支合成絕緣子運行狀況良好。
 第二章  我國合成絕緣子的發(fā)展
 在我國，合成絕緣子的發(fā)展可以分為以下3個階段：
 一、研制與產(chǎn)品化階段
 1981～1990年是我國合成絕緣子開發(fā)研制與產(chǎn)品化階段。清華大學(xué)、武漢水電學(xué)院以及一些研究院先后開發(fā)出各具特色的合成絕緣子樣品，并開始小批量掛網(wǎng)試運行。這一階段的主要標(biāo)志是110kV線路棒形與橫擔(dān)支柱產(chǎn)品通過有關(guān)部門組織的鑒定，并進(jìn)入電網(wǎng)，當(dāng)時尚無統(tǒng)一制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，到1990年，僅有京津等少數(shù)地區(qū)的輸電線路試用了2000支合成絕緣子。
 二、工業(yè)性試運行階段
