摘 要

研究目的
 隨著世界人口老齡化進程的加快,對老年人生活質量的研究正逐步成為世界關注的焦點。研究老年人的生活質量,首先要了解老年人生活質量的基本狀況,并對其進行評價。老年人生活質量評價可揭示更深層次的健康問題,更靈敏地
反映其不斷變化的情況,據此可準確地指導衛生服務。為臨床護理人員及老年糖尿病患者家屬及本人的護理干預提供指導，從而使老年糖尿病患者病情得到更好的控制及生活質量得到改善。
研究方法
采用目的抽樣的方法，選擇2010年9～2011年6月某社區2型糖尿病患者175例，平均年齡（58.99±11.92）歲，平均病程為（9.22±6.65）年。診斷均符合1999年WHO提出的糖尿病診斷標準。采用問卷調查的方法，面對面發放問卷。對于閱讀困難者，筆者不加提示逐條閱讀，讓患者獨立做出選擇，逐一記錄。
研究結果
結果顯示女性患者在DSQL心理緯度分顯著高于男性（P＜0.01），文化程度不同把患者分為三組，小學文化程度為Ⅰ組，共58例，初中高中及中專文化程度為Ⅱ組，共36例，大專本科及以上文化程度為Ⅲ組，共26例。應用方差分析結果顯示三組不同年齡組別之間生理緯度分之間比較結果，有統計學意義。各文化程度組之間兩兩比較的結果，Ⅰ組和Ⅲ組在生理緯度的生活質量比較有顯著差異（P＜0.05）。
研究結論
女性患者的生活質量比男性患者低，主要表現在心理緯度。這可能與女性的特點有關，文化程度高的患者要比文化程度低的患者生活質量高。

Research methods

The results

The cultural degree between group, the result of the comparison between two Ⅰ group and Ⅲ group physiological latitude in quality of life more significant difference (P < 0.05).
Research conclusion
The quality of life of patients with women than men with a low, main performance in psychological latitude. This may and women by the characteristics of the high degree of patients, culture than the low degree of cultural quality of life in patients with high.
