目的 探討人性化護理，其本質就是“以病人為中心”，與現代醫學模式的視病人為一個生物、心理、社會的完整的人相符合護理理念，穩定和調動患者積極有益的情緒，幫助患者從失落、痛苦、不安、孤獨等消極情緒中解脫出來，縮短住院時間，提高患者的滿意度。方法 將我科2008年10月至2009年4月住院患者，符合1995年第四屆腦血管病學術會議通過的腦血管病診斷標準，并經頭顱CT或MRI確診。隨機分為對照組和觀察組各40例。分別給予常規護理方法及外加人性化護理方法，對兩組護理前后有效率進行比較，并比較分析兩組的住院時間及患者滿意度,根據評分標準分型情況判斷療效，如分型減輕則為有效，分型不變甚或加重則為無效。結果 人性化護理，它讓我們轉變了“以我為中心”的慣性思維模式，將“以病人為中心”作為了我們整個護理工作的中心。它讓我們改變了以往的護理工作程序，在細微之處來處處體現人性化護理對生命健康的關愛，體現人性化護理在我們臨床護理工作中的真實意義。通過人性化護理使治療的有效率達到85%，較對照組65%顯著提高 (P＜0.05)、住院時間也比對照組明顯縮短（30.9±3.7 VS 35.4±4.3,P＜0.05）;患者非常滿意和滿意的均高于對照組（30% vs 5%,47.5% vs 35%,P均＜0.05）。結論 我們要把“以人為本”的服務理念和實踐貫穿于整個臨床護理工作中，用愛心和責任心去關愛每一位患者，使患者感到了人性關懷的溫暖與人性的回復，獲得了滿足感和安全感，通過人性化的護理服務，不斷推進和提高整體護理質量，提高了患者的生存質量，促進患者恢復健康；有利于護患關系的協調與溝通，減少醫療糾紛。它讓我們改變了以往的護理工作程序，在細微之處來處處體現人性化護理對生命健康的關愛。
