摘 要
本文通過對在新的經濟體制下家族制企業所面臨的挑戰和機遇的研究，從而盡可能地改善家族制企業所存在的種種問題或弊端，完善家族制企業的管理制度，全面提升家族制企業的競爭力、延長企業的生命周期。伴隨著中國加入WTO，在全球經濟一體化的今天，我國家族制企業的管理者們紛紛感到壓力巨大，然而，機遇卻是與壓力是并存的，如何把握這個機會是所有家族制企業管理者們最值得重視的問題。

Abstract
The adoption of the new economy in the family enterprise system challenges and opportunities facing the study, which as far as possible for enterprises to improve family problems or defects exist, the family system enterprise management system to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the family system, the extension of the life cycle of enterprises.
