海南國際化旅游人才培養模式
摘要：本文通過對目前海南旅游業發展中存在的問題的分析，進一步提出了海南建設國際旅游島的具體對策和方向性的思考。而“國際旅游島”這一重大目標的實現離不開各種旅游專業人才的支持，因此，了解國際旅游島建設需要什么方面的人才、如何培養所需人才就成為了海南省旅游人才培養的重要任務。本文的主要內容就是針對海南國際旅游島的建設，提出了“海南島國際化旅游人才培養模式”，詳細闡述了國際旅游島建設所需人才該如何培養這一問題。
