摘    要
 移動供應鏈是供應鏈的發展和深化，將其應用到制造型企業中，有利于制造行業生產線的信息收集和供應鏈參與者之間的信息共享，對于提高制造型企業工作效率、加強辦公自動化、提高生產可控性有重要作用。
 首先，本文在對國內外相關研究的詳細總結分析的基礎上，從移動供應鏈的提出、內容和意義等方面對制造業企業移動供應鏈進行詳細分析介紹。其次，展開對遼寧移動供應鏈管理的構建與模式的論述，在遼寧制造型企業移動性供應鏈現狀、構建框架、構建平臺，以及制造型企業移動性供應鏈模式、遼寧制造型企業移動性供應鏈模式，等方面進行科學分析與綜述。最后，通過大量調查了解，最終以遼寧制造業移動供應鏈管理的一個典型應用實例進行詳盡的分析總結，得出結論。
 由此可見移動供應鏈管理得到重視的原因在于它是企業降低成本和提高供應鏈業績非常重要且行之有效的途徑。然而通過以上分析，移動供應鏈管理再為企業提供及時，方便，安全的服務，并取得了巨大的成功同時，我們也可以看出移動供應鏈管理在我國，尤其是在我們遼寧的應用無論是在廣度還是深度反面都還是十分有限的，許多的企業仍停留在十分落后的狀態卻固步自封，不思進取，這就嚴重的阻礙了我們東北老工業基地的振興與發展。隨著移動技術、互聯網技術、電子科技的快速發展，中國的移動供應鏈管理還有著巨大的發展空間，相信會有越來越多的企業回去了解它并企業的明智選擇，不久的將來移動供應鏈管理必將成為振興東北老工業基地，帶動整個中國工業健康高效發展的有力武器。

Abstract
 Mobile Supply Chain Management is supply chain development and deepening of its application to manufacturing enterprises,is conducive to the manufacturing industry production line information collection and supply chain information-sharing among participants for improving the efficiency of manufacturing enterprises,to strengthen the office automation,increasing productivity plays an important role in controllability.    First of all,this article studies both at home and abroad in a detailed summary of the analysis on the basis of the supply chain from the proposed mobile,content and significance of the manufacturing enterprises in areas such as mobile supply chain to introduce a detailed analysis.Second,the start of Liaoning Mobile Supply Chain Management Construction and mode of discourse, in Liaoning manufacturing supply chain enterprise mobility status quo, build a framework for building a platform, as well as the manufacturing enterprise supply chain model of mobility, Liaoning manufacturing enterprise mobility suppliers chain model, and so on scientific analysis and synthesis. Finally, a large number of investigations to understand, and ultimately to the manufacturing industry in Liaoning Mobile Supply Chain Management application, a typical example of a detailed summary of the analysis concluded.    Mobile supply chain management can be seen to be important because it is the enterprises to reduce costs and improve supply chain performance is very important and effective way. From the above analysis, however, mobile supply chain management for the enterprise and then to provide timely, convenient and safe service, and have achieved great success at the same time, we can also see the mobile supply chain management in China, especially in our application, whether in Liaoning negative in the breadth and depth are still very limited, and many businesses still very backward in the state has utterly nothing, which severely hampered in our old industrial bases in northeast revitalization and development. With mobile technology, Internet technology, electronic technology and the rapid development of China's mobile supply chain management have a huge space for development, I believe there will be more and more enterprises and companies to go back to understand the wisdom of its choice, the supply of the near future mobile chain management will become the revitalization of northeast old industrial bases, promote the health of the entire Chinese industry and efficient development of a powerful weapon.
