Abstract
For “science and technology are primary productive forces”, science and technology are important human society activities. The progress and development of science and technology are the direct promotion of human civilization. The importance of science and technology has become a consensus of the whole countries in this world. From the view of the process of human society and the development of productive forces, the advanced productive forces to replace the backward productive forces, are due to the promotion of scientific and technological progress. Especially in today, the development of science and technology accelerate the pace of social development, which greatly improve the social productive forces, meet people’s material and cultural needs. Therefore, the study of science and technology is of great significance.
This paper mainly studies the evolution of Liaoning Province’s science and technology and the key technologies of choice which are divided into two periods: the time before and after the reform and opening-up in order to experience the development of science and technology in Liaoning Province. Accompanied by the development of the times and technological progress, Liaoning Province Government has made significant adjustments to stick independent innovation in science and technology, which has developed many advanced technologies. In practice, for the concept of serve people, the Liaoning Provincial adapts the key technologies of choice to the science and technology, so that science and technology are able to serve the community-building, and the majority of the people. Through the above analysis, this paper can contribute to the development of Liaoning science and technology.
In front of the new situation, new demands and new tasks, the majority of scientific and technological workers should face the main battlefield of economic construction, establish the idea of promoting economic development by relying science and technology, play the role of guidance and support to economic development , strengthen the scientific and technological cooperation , fully integrate all aspects of Liaoning science and technology resources, enhance technological innovation and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. With the link of science and technology we can build the Liaoning community of economic development, and work together to compose an amazing melody for the economic development of Liaoning Province.
