我國馳名商標的法律保護

[摘 要]
　 馳名商標法律保護制度作為一項重要的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)制度已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了一個發(fā)展、成熟、完善的階段。本人試從馳名商標內(nèi)涵的界定、馳名商標認定標準以及馳名商標法律保護在當今知識經(jīng)濟日益發(fā)達的今天出現(xiàn)的一些新問題，提出一些淺顯的看法。

[Abstract]
 As an important intellectual property system, legal protection of well-known trademark system has already experienced a developed, mature, perfect stage, the author tried to put forward some simple views from
some questions caused by the definition ,recognition and law protection of well-known trademark in the age of today’s increasingly knowledge-based economy.
