火電廠仿真運行操作指導系統研究
摘要
火電廠運行仿真實踐是實踐教學的重要組成部分，學生在仿真機上可以進行機組啟停、試驗以及故障處理等內容。由于操作微機數量有限，參加培訓的學生在課外僅僅通過書本很難有效的進行課程復習，而且也不能讓更多的學生參與到這個課程中來。制作仿真機運行操作指導系統，通過幫助文件中的理論知識鏈接操作錄像，將課本與實際操作相結合，更好為學生提供一個自學及復習教材。
以“300MW火電機組仿真機培訓教材”為基礎編制操作指導系統。采用ViewletCamre 軟件制作屏幕動畫，是用錄像機拍攝盤臺上的教師操作內容， Total Video Converter 將錄象進行格式轉換，所有的動畫或者錄像轉化為FLASH格式。通過FAR將動畫集成在操作指導系統中。學生可以脫離仿真機學習機組運行操作，拓寬學生的學習時間和空間，提高了仿真機的利用效果。

Thermal power plant operations simulation practice is an important part of practice teaching in North China Electric Power University. students can start and stop, testing and troubleshooting, and other content on the unit in the simulator.It is difficult to review the curriculum effectively just by textbook out of the class for the students who has participated in the training, and more students not allowed to participate in this course, because the number of the operation computers is limited. the simulator Operation guidance system combine the textbooks and actual operation to provide students with a self-learning and review of materials by theoretical knowledge in help files link to video of operation.
The operational guidance system based on "300 MW thermal power unit simulator training materials". Use ViewletCamre to product screen animation, VCR to screen the operation content of teachers on the panel and Total Video Converter to video format conversion. By the way ,all the animation or video format into FLASH. The animation was integrated in the operation guidance system by FAR,so the students can learn Operation Unit without the simulator.It expands the learning time and space for students and enhance the efficiency of the simulator.
