DCS控制系統工程師站功能分析
摘要
分散控制系統(Distributed Control System,簡稱DCS)的出現是工業控制的一個里程碑。鑒于DCS的高可靠性等特點,能有效提高生產效率,目前我國新建的火力發電廠全都采用DCS作為控制系統。作為DCS的設計中心的工程師工作站(Engineering Work Station,簡稱EWS)在DCS中具有重要的地位,系統的分析其功能對于我們認識和更有效的使用EWS具有重要的意義。
本文首先系統的回顧了DCS的發展歷史,介紹了DCS的基本概念和特點,著重介紹和分析了工程師站的特點、構成及其主要功能。
組態功能,是工程師站在應用中最主要的功能,是本文關注的焦點。
作為工程師站的“靈魂”——組態軟件,將是本文關注的另一焦點。
最后,本文以美國貝利控制公司(Bailey Control Company)生產的INFI-90集散控制系統為例,簡單介紹了該系統的組成,并詳述了利用其系統工程工具——Composer組態簡單控制邏輯的方法和過程,并簡單介紹了一些INFI-90常用的系統功能碼。

A FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS OF EWS OF DCS CONTROL SYSTEM
Abstract
Theemergence of Distributed Control System (DCS) is a milestone in industrial control. In view of the high-reliability of DCS, and other characteristics,can effectively increase productivity, at present, China's new thermal power plant are using DCS as their control system .As a design center of DCS,the EWS(Engineering Work Station) takes an important part in DCS, systematic analysis of its functions is of great significance to our understanding and more effective use of EWS.
First of all, the history of the development of DCS is reviewed, and, the basic concepts and features of DCS are introduced in this paper. The introduction and analysis of the Engineering Work Station‘s feature, structure and main function are focused.
The function of configuration, as the main function of the EWS in application, is the focus in this paper.
As the “soul”of EWS, the configuration software is the other focus in this paper.
Finally, takes INFI-90 Distributed Control System, which produced by Bailey Control Company in America as an example, this paper introduced the constitution of the system simply and details haw to use its system engineering tools—Composer, to constitute simple project and control logic. The INFI-90 system function codes in common usage are introduced in a nutshell.
