摘  要
     融資困難一直是阻礙我國中小高新技術企業發展的突出問題之一。本文探討制約中小型高新技術企業發展的一個重要問題——融資難問題。
 本文認為，造成我國中小型高新技術企業融資難的原因主要四點：首先，銀行和企業之間的信息不對稱；其次，中小型高新技術企業的經營風險較高；再次，我國的金融體系結構不合理，沒有專為中小高新技術企業服務的中小金融結構；最后，長期以來的金融政策忽視或者漠視中小企業的資金需求。
 根據我國的國情以及與部分發達國家相關資料的一些分析比較，本文提出了改善我國中小型高新技術企業融資難問題的一些建議。應針對我國當前中小高新技術企業融資的環境特征，借鑒國外經驗，盡快建立中小高新技術企業誠信系統，建立健全中小企業信用擔保體系，加快風險投資業發展，為中小高新技術企業提供強大的資本支持等，以改善中小高新技術企業融資環境。

 Abstract
 Financial difficulty has been one of the outstanding problems to obstruct the development of china's high-tech small and medium-sized enterprise (high-tech SMEs).the paper is focused on the financial problems that restrict the development of the high-tech SMEs.
 This paper holds that there are four main reasons which cause high-tech SMEs of our country financial problem, which are listed as follows: first, information dissymmetry between the banks and enterprises is a key reason; second, many high-tech SMEs have high level of operation risk, which directly lead to the financing problems of the high-tech SMEs; third, the structure of financial system in our country is not very reasonable, therefore. There are not enough middle and small scale financial constructions to serve the high-tech SMEs to meet their capital demands; finally, the finance policy had ignored or maybe paid no attention to the high-tech SMEs' demands in capital.
 According the situations of the high-tech SMEs in our country and analysis and comparison in the reasons of finance difficulties, the paper provide several methods to help solving the problems of the financing difficulties of the high-tech SMEs : corresponding to the environment characteristics of these firms' financing, drawing lessons from the abroad experience, it's necessary to establish a trustworthiness system of small  and medium-sized firms as soon as possible to establish a sound reputation guarantee system for the small and medium-sized firms. quicken risk investment industry development, and provide mighty capital support for the small and medium-sized firms, so as to improve the financing environment.
