Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, Chinese processing trade enterprises developed rapidly. But there still are some problems in value creation, environmental protection, resources and technological progress etc. so we should formulate policies and plans, establish complete processing trade promotion system, prolong the value chain of the processing trade, promote the technological innovation of processing trade, promote regional cooperation and train technical personnel.
