摘 要

     論文主要研究國有外貿企業在中國加入WTO后存在的問題及發展對策。在改革開放后的發展大背景下,通過對國有外貿企業在中國加入WTO后的發展狀況分析，正確定位國有外貿企業未來的發展方向。國有外貿企業是中國外貿企業的先入者，是我國經濟發展的重要力量，也是推動外經貿可持續發展的重要力量。2001年中國加入WTO，這意味著我國對外開放進入了新的階段，在新的發展環境下，國有外貿企業的發展面臨著很多問題，機制、體制的束縛，特許經營的終結，激烈的競爭環境等都嚴重影響外貿企業的發展。正確分析國有外貿企業存在的問題，對于國有外貿企業進一步發展具有十分重要的意義。論文按邏輯順序，先分析問題，進而提出解決問題的方案。在經濟全球化的今天，國有外貿企業要提升國際競爭力，抓住機遇，尋求更加廣闊的發展空間。

ABSTRACT

     The research will mainly discuss the major problems and corresponding measures in china’s state–owned foreign trade enterprises after china joined the WTO. Under the Opening–up of China background ,through making condition ananlysis in 2001 after our country which opens to the outside has entered into a new stage.In the new development environment, state-owned foreign trade enterprises had to face with several problems Mechanism and system of the fetter, franchising end and the competitive environment, etc seriously affects the development of foreign trade enterprises.The correct analysis of China after joined the WTO can correct its localization and development. China’s state–owned foreign trade enterprises are the trailblazers of our national economic development and the important force of the development, promoting the sustainable development of China's foreign trade becomes the important economic strength.After joined the WTO in 2001,it means that tate-owned foreign trade enterprises’ problems for the further development has the vital signficance.Papers are written in logical order to analyze the problems,then take measures to solve them.Today,in the economic globalization, state-owned foreign trade enterprises state-owned foreign trade enterprises should improve the international competitiveness,seek the opportunities for the further development.
