摘 要
 
 本文所闡述的食品安全信息監管平臺主要是從監管的角度來考慮的，其目的在于能更好的為食品安全信息監管部門服務，維護公眾信心，逐漸提高食品的安全水平�；�于此目的，通過將企業的食品安全信息進行網上發布，逐步建立一個信息管理和信息檢測體系。通過對本系統的需求進行分析，展開系統的功能分析和詳細介紹，確定關鍵技術，選擇最佳的開發環境。本系統采用SQL Server 2000數據庫，方便監管部門、企業和消費者的使用，存儲空間大，很好的解決了在Internet上大量數據的傳輸而造成的通訊問題。

ABSTRACT

 This article sets out the food safety information monitoring platform primarily from the regulatory perspective, and its aim is to serve the food safety information monitoring departments bitterly, protect the public confidence, and increase the level of food safety. For this purpose, we will public the enterprises food safety information on-line, establish a management of information and a testing about information system gradually. So we determine the key technologies and select the best development by analyzing the system requirements and carrying out the function of the system analysis and detail. The system uses SQL Server 2000 database, so it conveniently uses by regulatory authorities, enterprises and consumers .Because of its storage space, we solve well the communications problems about a large amount of data transmission on internet.
