企業并購過程中的人力資源整合問題

 [摘 要]組織并購在這個處于絕對變化的商界幾乎每時每刻都在發生。成功的并購能使企業規模迅速擴大并實現企業間資源的合理有效配置從而達到贏利最大化。文章主要論述了人力資源作為并購的重要部分在并購實施的過程中出現的問題以及初步的應對方案。

Abstract : M & A in this organization is the absolute change in the business almost happening all the time. Successful merger among enterprises and the rapid expansion of the size of enterprises to achieve the reasonable resources so as to achieve effective distribution of profit maximization. The article discusses the human resources as an important part of the M & M & A in the course of implementation of the initial problems and should on the program.

 引言：從十九世紀歐洲經歷的第一起并購案開始，企業并購一直活躍在市場活動中。企業并購過程中會因為背景文化組織結構人員組成包括所處地域的差異而產生這樣那樣的沖突，這些可大可小的沖突有時決定了企業的重組能否成功。
