摘要
注射成型是熱塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一,可以一次成型形狀復雜的精密塑件。本設計進行了一款漁具收線輪的注塑模設計,對零件結構進行了工藝分析。確定了分型面、澆注系統等,選擇了注射機,計算了成型零部件的尺寸。采用側澆口。利用直導柱導向,推桿頂料,斜頂桿完成脫模及內抽芯方式并對模具的材料進行了選擇。如此設計出的結構可確保模具工作運用可靠。最后對模具結構與注射機的匹配進行了校核。利用Pro/E 軟件的參數化實體建模技術實現模具設計。并用autoCAD繪制了一套模具裝配圖和零件圖。
