小區物業管理系統設計與實現

摘要

 如今小區物業管理公司將使用一套物業管理系統來規范管理，公司的各種事務。通過計算機運行的小區物業管理系統是為小區管理者和小區用戶快速便捷的管理和查詢各項物業管理信息業務而開發的管理軟件。根據需求分析，使用信息管理系統實現小區管理業務，效益已越來越明顯。
 本文詳細論述了系統開發的具體流程，包括可行性分析、需求分析、系統總體設計、數據庫設計等環節。系統采用VISAUL BASIC 6.0作為開發工具，使用SQL SERVER 2000作為后臺數據庫。可實現基本信息管理、維修管理、收繳費管理等功能，基本滿足了物業公司在實際工作中的需求，達到了預期的設計目標。

ABSTRACT

 Nowadays, the residence property management firms have applied the set of property management system to regulate management and other affairs. The estate management system which depends on computer is a management software which helps the managers and the users deal with the estate management work and search for the message as easy as possible. Therefore, this information management system has obvious comparative advantage.
 
 This article mainly discusses in process of system development, including feasibility analysis, demand analysis, system design and database design. Using VISAUL BASIC 6.0 to construct and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 for database. The estate management system support information management, repair management and charge management. System granted the estate management company demand, and achieve the intended goal
