銀行柜員身份指紋認(rèn)證系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

摘  要

 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)和電子技術(shù)在金融領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用，金融行業(yè)電子信息化程度越來(lái)越高，工作效率和服務(wù)水平得到了很大程度的提升，但信息技術(shù)能否被充分、合理、正確的利用和監(jiān)管，成為當(dāng)前金融管理機(jī)構(gòu)所面臨的新話題。
 目前在銀行柜員內(nèi)控管理機(jī)制上采用的主要手段：一是依靠制度的約束；如，制定有關(guān)措施，加強(qiáng)要害崗位管理，嚴(yán)格劃分權(quán)限，禁止職責(zé)交叉、混崗操作等。二是采用傳統(tǒng)介質(zhì)和傳統(tǒng)方法進(jìn)行身份認(rèn)證或識(shí)別；如，磁卡、IC卡、密碼等。但在實(shí)際操作中，存在“飛卡現(xiàn)象”、柜員權(quán)限卡被盜用或仿制、密碼泄漏或被破譯等安全隱患。
 據(jù)此，浙江維爾科技有限公司根據(jù)銀行柜員身份驗(yàn)證和授權(quán)驗(yàn)證的應(yīng)用和安全需求，將活體指紋識(shí)別技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)DSP處理技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)與業(yè)務(wù)仿真技術(shù)相結(jié)合，成功開發(fā)了“銀行柜員身份指紋認(rèn)證系統(tǒng)”，并針對(duì)各銀行系統(tǒng)的不同情況設(shè)計(jì)了多種解決方案。以柜員身份指紋認(rèn)證方式取代現(xiàn)有“柜員權(quán)限卡”和“密碼”的認(rèn)證，有效遏制以偽裝身份、盜用密碼、非法授權(quán)等方式侵入銀行業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的行為，以高科技手段實(shí)現(xiàn)了“一定要遵守制度”到“不得不遵守制度”的轉(zhuǎn)變，達(dá)到柜員身份安全可靠的認(rèn)證目標(biāo)。

ABSTRACT
 
 It has been a new topic of the current financial management institutions that whether IT can be sufficiently, reasonably, and correctly used, in particular since the implementation of integrated banking ATMs system. It has raised a higher demand to bank tellers of the identity verification and operational safety of certification authority.
 Present major means in the internal management mechanism of bank teller: First, rely on the system constraints; e.g. enact measures, strengthen key posts management, strictly demarcate authority, prohibit responsibilities overlapping and mixing operation. Second, traditional media and traditional methods for authentication or identification; For example, magnetic cards, IC cards and passwords. However, in actual practice, there is "card missing phenomenon", theft or imitation of teller competence cards, password leakage or other safety problems.
 Zhejiang Wellcom Science & Technology Com, Ltd., according to the application of bank teller identification verification and authority verification and to safety needs, has combined live fingerprint recognition technology, computer DSP technology, communications technology and business simulation technology and successfully developed a "bank teller fingerprint identity verification system". Besides, the company has designed a variety of solutions against the differences of various banking system. It has replaced the existing "authority teller card" and "Password" authentication with a bank teller fingerprint authentication to effectively avoid banking system invading such as identity camouflage, password embezzlement, illegal authorization, etc. By this high-tech means, Wellcom achieves the change from "must comply with the system" to "have to abide by the system" and it assures the certification safety and reliability of teller’s identification.
