摘 要
 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，Internet/Intranet應(yīng)用在全球范圍內(nèi)日益普及，當(dāng)今社會(huì)正快速向信息化社會(huì)前進(jìn)，信息自動(dòng)化的作用也越來(lái)越大。人事管理系統(tǒng)是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理工作不可缺少的一部分,是適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度要求,推動(dòng)企業(yè)勞動(dòng)人事管理走向科學(xué)化,規(guī)范化的必要條件。
 本文主要介紹了人事管理系統(tǒng)的整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)過(guò)程.其主要系統(tǒng)功能包括以下幾個(gè)模塊:系統(tǒng)模塊管理(包括系統(tǒng)登陸，密碼修改，系統(tǒng)管理) 、員工管理（包括人員信息基本維護(hù)、員工信息查詢）、考勤管理（包括缺勤類型設(shè)定、員工考勤信息，員工考勤統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表）、工資管理(包括工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)定管理、工資實(shí)際發(fā)放記錄管理、月工資查詢)、信息統(tǒng)計(jì)管理(包括員工信息圖形統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表，月工資發(fā)放管理統(tǒng)計(jì))。體現(xiàn)了清晰的人事管理流程,完成了基本的人事管理要求，是一個(gè)典型的信息管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)大大地簡(jiǎn)化了操作流程，提高了企業(yè)的工作效率。

ABSTRACT

With computers and the rapid development of network technology, Internet / Intranet applications in the growing global popularity of today's society is rapidly advancing to the information society, information the role of automation is increasing. Personnel management of modern enterprise management system is an indispensable part of the work is to meet the requirements of modern enterprise system, encourage enterprises to personnel management to scientific work, a necessary condition for standardization. This paper introduces the system of personnel management throughout the design development process. Its main functions include the following modules: system modules management (including the landing system, password modification, system management), staff management (including basic maintenance of personnel information, staff information ), time management (including the absence of the type of setting, staff attendance information, employee attendance statistics), wages (including wage setting management, records management wages actually paid, the monthly wages of inquiry), statistical information management (including employee information graphics statistical reports, monthly payroll management statistics). A clear manifestation of the personnel management processes, the completion of the basic requirements of Personnel Management, is a typical information management system.
