摘要

倉庫管理系統主要是對倉庫入庫出庫進行管理的系統，本倉庫管理系統包括了庫存信息的管理，客戶信息的管理，出庫管理以及帳務的管理，適用于規模較小，信息處理量不大的單位使用。它能比較全面地管理各種信息，極大地提高了倉庫管理的效率，也減少了手工管理可能帶來的錯誤。
經過分析，決定采用java語言來完成本次設計，由于信息量不大，數據庫采用了Access數據庫，開發工具則選用了Netbeans，它的GUI設計界面十分友好，操作簡單。本文從用戶的需求出發，整理出相應的業務流圖和數據字典，然后進行概念結構設計，設計了相關表單，然后進行具體的功能設計，設計了庫存管理，客戶管理，發貨管理，帳務管理，領料管理五個功能模塊，對于界面的操作方式和相關注意事項也都一一做了說明。

Abstract

 Warehouse management system is a database storage warehouse management system, the warehouse management system includes management of inventory information, customer information management, database management and the management accounts for a smaller scale, the volume of information processing the use of small units. It more comprehensive management of all kinds of information, has greatly improved the efficiency of warehouse management, but also to reduce the manual management of the possible error.     After analysis, decided to adopt the java language to complete the design, not because of the amount of information, databases, using Access database, development tools are selected netbeans, the design of its GUI interface is very friendly, easy to operate. In this paper, starting from the needs of users, sorted out the business flow diagram and data dictionary, and then proceed to the concept of structural design, the design of the relevant form, and then carry out specific functions of the design of inventory management, customer management, shipping management, account Treasury management, materials management from the five functional modules, the interface mode of operation and related Notes are described one by one.
