摘要
 行政管理在現代的社會關系中十分重要。在現代的中小型企業中利用計算機軟件來進行日常行政管理的做法已經非常常見，隨著IT產業的發展，涌現出了許多有效的行政管理軟件，這些軟件在企業的行政管理工作中發揮了很大的作用。筆者結合自己的專業和在學習中掌握的知識，設計與開發了一套具有一般日常行政管理功能的MIS系統。本系統前端開發采用Visual Basic 6.0，后臺數據庫系統則采用SQL Server 2000作為開發工具。本系統從企業的實際需求出發，簡單易用，系統界面友好美觀，自定義功能強，權限管理可根據用戶的角色來設置，實施簡單快速，操作簡單明了。基本適用于中小型企業的行政辦公管理。

ABSTRACT
 Administration is very important in modern social relationship. In the modern small and medium enterprises, use computer software to conduct day-to-day administration management is very common, with the development of the IT industry, emerged in a lot of effective administration management software, and played a significant role in the administration of enterprises. I combine my professional and knowledge, design and development a general MIS system. Front-end development of the system using Visual Basic 6.0, background database system is used SQL Server 2000 as a development tool. The system from the actual needs of enterprises, easy-to-use, the system UI friendly, custom-function, according to rights management can be set up to the user's role, implementation rapid and simple, and operation clear and simple. Meet to the small and medium enterprises’ administrative office management.
