摘要

 隨著高等學(xué)校擴(kuò)大招生大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題成了一個社會問題，尤其在當(dāng)前金融危機(jī)下，高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)顯得更加困難。導(dǎo)致高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難的其中一個原因是畢業(yè)生和企業(yè)信息交流不暢。
 本設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建了一個給企業(yè)和人才溝通的交互平臺，對高校畢業(yè)生的人才信息進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理，拓寬高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)渠道，企業(yè)也可以根據(jù)自身的人才需求更迅速更直接地招聘自己需要的人才。
 本文設(shè)計(jì)的人才市場信息網(wǎng)站為應(yīng)聘者提供注冊、發(fā)布簡歷、職位搜索等功能；網(wǎng)站對招聘單位提供了查詢、檢索應(yīng)聘者信息庫的功能，使招聘工作中的人員初選工作變得輕松易行。
 人才市場信息網(wǎng)站的前臺采用Dreamweaver  8 作為開發(fā)工具后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫采用Microsoft Access 2000。網(wǎng)站界面友好，功能完善。

ABSTRACT

 With the expansion of higher education, the employment of university graduates has become a social problem. Particularly financial crisis in the current, The employment of college graduates become more difficulty. One of the reasons is that the graduates and business have poor in information exchange .
 This design build a platform for talent and employment communication. It can manage the talent information for college graduates and broaden the employment channels. Business can also be more direct and rapid recruit in accordance with its own personnel of which they need.
 In this paper, the talent market information website can provide the registration, publish, job search and any other functions for the candidates. For the company, the web site can provide the conditions of the query and search candidate informaion database, making the job become easier for the recruitment of staff in the primary.
 The talent market information website use the Dreamweaver 8 to be a development tool, and database use the Microsoft Access 2000. The web site is friendly interface and fully functional for the users.
