摘要
銷售物流對企業的經濟效益影響很大,如果不能很好地組織企業的銷售物流,企業產品出現滯銷或脫銷現象,企業物流系統功能將無法實現,產品的勞動價值無法得以補償和實現。因此,企業銷售物流是現代企業物流研究和改進的重點。企業對物流系統進行改革和創新,就是要尋求降低物流成本和增強企業競爭優勢的有效途徑。提高物流環節的運行效率,整合傳統的組織結構和業務流程,并借助計算機網絡為企業的物流系統服務,正是企業必須也是必然的發展之路。
本論文首先闡述了銷售物流優化的內容和方法;然后具體介紹了BEYOND公司及其銷售物流運作模式,通過分析BEYOND公司原有銷售物流系統存在的問題,結合公司產品的物流要求和企業銷售物流的特性,提出了BEYOND公司銷售物流系統優化的原則和思路。在此基礎上深入研究了銷售物流系統優化方案,重點從流程優化等方面對BEYOND公司的銷售物流系統進行優化;為了使銷售物流功能得到更好的發揮,還簡單論述了運輸管理、倉儲管理和信息系統建設等多方面內容,最后對優化方案進行了定性評價,研究表明通過優化銷售物流系統,可以顯著提高企業物流系統的運作效率,節約物流成本,使企業在日益激烈的市場競爭中處于更加有利的地位。

ABSTRACT
Sales logistics have much effect on the profit of enterprise, if internal distribution logistics can't be organized well, products will be unmarketable or out of stock, functions of internal logistics system won't be achieved and labor value of product can't be compensated and achieved. Therefore, internal distribution logistics is the focus of research and improvement of modern internal logistics. For enterprises, to reform and innovate the logistics system is just to seek the most effective way to decrease logistics cost and enhance the competition advantage of the enterprises. The enterprises must increase the running efficiency of logistics links, reengineer the traditional organization construction and business flow, and draw the support from computer net to serve the logistics system, all of these are inevitable developing ways.
This paper regards BEYOND company as research object, research and explore to sales logistics optimization to BEYONG company from three aspects that are theory, diagnoses and optimization studying.
Firstly, this paper described the contents and methods of sales logistics optimization, and then made the concrete introduction to BEYOND company and its sales logistics operation pattern, through analyzing the original issue of the sales logistics system of BEYOND company, combining product's logistics requirements and the characteristic of the sales logistics, this paper proposed optimization principles and ideas for BEYOND company's sales logistics system. Based on this further studied on the optimization program of sales logistics system, the program focused on process optimization, in addition, this paper also briefly discussed transportation management, warehousing management and information system construction. Finally this paper presented the qualitative eva luation of the optimization program. The results show that enterprises can significantly improve the operation efficiency of logistics systems, save the cost of logistics by optimizing the sales logistics system.
