摘  要
服制是指中國封建社會以喪服規定親屬范圍指示親等即親屬關系親疏遠近的制度。它是封建法律的重要組成部分，是封建統治階級用以調整民事法律關系并用作刑事法律上判罪定刑的一個標準。服制原則在晉代首次入律，并且在歷代得以延續發展，唐律是喪服法律化的最好范本，明、清將其置于法典的篇首。本文以唐律為重點，以一斑窺全豹，介紹和分析服制在中國古代法典中的體現和社會作用以及對古今的意義。

ABSTRACT
Mourning garment system is China's feudal society Mourning Apparel provisions relative to the scope of instructions that is pro-family, and so far affinities between the system. It is the feudal law an important part of the feudal ruling class is used to adjust the legal relationship between civil law and as a criminal conviction for a criminal standard. The principle of mourning apparel the first time in the Jin Dynasty to the law and the continuation of development in history, Mourning Apparel Tang law is the law of the best template, Ming and Qing Code will be placed in the first chapter. In this paper, Tang law as the focus, to see all fact, the description and analysis mourning apparel in ancient China Code of expression and social role and the significance of ancient and modern.
