摘 要: 本設計是基于一款脈沖寬度調制控制器TL494的逆變電源,主要由脈寬調制控制電路,逆變升壓電路兩部分組成。該電路選用TL494為控制器,輸出PWM波形來控制兩組場效應管輪流導通或關斷,然后利用升壓變壓器得到220V50Hz交流。同時TL494通過兩個內部的誤差放大器來實現輸入過流保護和輸出穩(wěn)壓保護的功能。該設計電路簡單,實用性強,成本低,適用于各種小功率場合。 關鍵詞:逆變;PWM;場效應管 DESIGN OF INVERTER POWER SUPPLY BASED ON TL494
Abstract: The design is an inverter power supply based on the pulse width modulation controller,TL494,which consist of two parts, pulse width modulation controlling circuit and inverse and step-up circuit.This circuit chooses the TL494 as controller to output PWM waveform to control two sets of field-effect tubes to breakover or turn-off by turn,then,get 220V50Hz alternating current with step-up transformer .At the same time,TL494 achieves the function of input overcurrent safty and output voltage stabilization through two internal error amplifiers.The design, with simple-circuit,strong practicability and low-cost, is applicable to various low power situation.
